Mr. Jack Thompson Faulkner, age 85 of Jenkinsburg passed away January 6, 2023. Mr. Faulkner was veteran of the U S Air Force and was a retired mechanic for U. S. Airways with 33 years of service. Mr. Faulkner enjoyed the outdoors and his hobbies included hunting and gardening. He was preceded in death by his daughter: Jacqueline Faulkner, son: Thomas Wayne Faulkner, parents: James Franklin and Vivian Frances (Sinnett) Faulkner, brothers  Joe Faulkner and Dale Faulkner. He is survived by his son: Ron Faulkner and wife: Angie of Jenkinsburg, sister: Donna Montgomery of Jonesboro, grandchildren: Brandy Davis and husband: Randy, and Robert "Austin" Faulkner and wife Jennifer, great-grandchildren: Adalyn Davis, Layne Davis and Kaylen Faulkner, and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 10, 2022 at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Chaplain Mike Winsor officiating. The family will receive friends 12:15 p.m. - 1 p.m. Tuesday, prior to the service.
