Mr. James Quentin Carnes, age 84, Jonesboro, passed away on July 19, 2016. He is survived by his wife, Etheleen; sister-in-law, Armalee Carnes; niece, Talitha (Chris) Foster; great nephew, Jacob Foster and great niece, Rebekah Foster all of Jonesboro. A memorial service will be held at 3 PM on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Noahs Ark Church. Rev. John Elliott will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
