Mr. James F. Datin age 91 of Jonesboro passed away December 27, 2016. Mr. Datin was a member of Saint Philip Benezi Catholic Church. He was a US Army veteran where he served 4 years during WWII. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, the VFW, and the American Legion. He was preceded in death by his daughter: Frances T. Lunceford. He is survived by children: Jeanette D. & Calvin Folds of Jonesboro, Joseph G. Datin of Jonesboro, and A. Paul & Viki Datin of Fairburn; grandchildren: Bonnie Simpson, Jessica Kranich, Cal Folds, and Chelsea Folds; and 5 great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 2 PM, Tuesday, January 3, 2016 at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.
