Mrs. Janie Nell Smith Vincent, age 84 of Jonesboro passed away July 10, 2021. Mrs. Vincent was preceded in death by her husband: Homer Allen Vincent, Baby Girl Vincent, parents: General Lee Smith and Mary Essie Smith, siblings: Walt Smith, James Smith, Violet Brown, Dillard Smith, Bud Smith, Frank Smith, Fred Smith, Pauline Hill, Gene Smith and Evelyn Little, grandson: Garrett Vincent and son-in-law: Todd Davidson. She is survived by her children: Wanda (Terry) McMillan of Jackson, Maxanne (Michael) Reddick of Jonesboro, Kenneth (Julie) Vincent of Jonesboro, Gary (Michelle) Vincent of Jonesboro, Leighette Davidson of McDonough and Trachelle (Randy) Johnson of Locust Grove, brother: Carl Richard (Diane) Smith of Jonesboro, sisters-in-law: Betty Jean Smith and Miriam Smith Armstrong, grandchildren: Janelle (Shaun) Bowker, Stephen (Katie) McMillan, Janee (Clint) Hand, Jarrett (Sarah) Babb, Zoe Reddick, Matthew Reddick, Austin (Julia) Vincent, Colton (Julia) Vincent, Tyler Davidson, Will Davidson, Aleigha Johnson and Kayleigh Johnson, 10 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 17, 2021 at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Jonesboro City Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4 p.m.-7 p.m. Friday, July 16, 2021 at the funeral home.
