Mrs. Jean J. Bartlett, age 73, of Jackson, passed away on January 26, 2020. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Walter Edward Bartlett, Sr. parents, Charles E. and Doris Johnson, Sr., brother, Charles Johnson, grandson, Christopher Bartlett, 3 special nephews, Stacy, Steven and Corbin Cain and her special dog Belle. She is survived by her children, Tamie Bartlett Darden, Walter "Bart" Bartlett, Jr., Tracy (Amy) Bartlett, Michael (Katie) Bartlett, Deirdra "Dee" Taylor; sister, Sue (Jerry) Cain, sister-in-law, Sharon Johnson Calloway; grandchildren, Amanda Duke, Hailey Bartlett (Stephen) Warner, Nicole Bartlett, Taylor Thompson, Brittanee House, Darren Hartley, Brandon Bartlett, Eli Bartlett, Abby Bartlett and numerous adopted grandchildren from the Galilean Home in Liberty, KY; 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, January 30, 2020 in the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Fairview Memorial Gardens.
