Mrs. Jean Elizabeth Eccard, age 95 of Jonesboro passed away May 13, 2026. Mrs. Eccard was preceded in death by her husband: John Craig Eccard, father: Ernest Walter Wood and mother: Ruth Lily Raymont Wood.

Mrs. Eccard is survived by her sons: Noel (Walter) Jung of Stockbridge, James Garland Wall of TN. and Mark David (Cheryl) Wall of Metairie, LA., daughter: Misty Sue (Ernesto) Lopez of Jonesboro, grandchildren: Tristen Wall of Richmond, VA and Ernesto F. Lopez of Atlanta.

The family will have a Private Committal Service at Arlington National Cemetery beside her husband at a later date.
