Mr. Jere D. Lee age 85 of Stockbridge passed away April 27, 2018. Mr. Lee was the owner of Lee Tire Company in Forest Park. He served in the US Navy during the Korean War and taught 3rd grade Sunday school at Forest Park First Baptist Church for many years. He was preceded in death by his son: Kim Lee. He is survived by his wife: Pamela Lee; children: Kip Lee of CA, Kere Lee (Saralyn) of McDonough, Angela Ashley of McDonough, Kim & Gary Gross of McDonough; grandchildren: Lindsay Gross, Anna Gross, Luke Gross, Joseph Ashley; brother and sister-in-law: Gene & Gail Lee; brother-in-law: George Nipper. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM, Tuesday, May 1st, 2018 in the Chapel of First Baptist Church Jonesboro with Rev. Irvin Pearre officiating.
