Mr. Jerry B. Lewis, age 84, of Jonesboro, passed away on July 27, 2015. He Retired from the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his son, Donald B. Lewis. He is survived by his wife, Blanche; children, Gail Marie (Adam) Blough of Acworth, Judy Elaine (Robbie) Calloway of Locust Grove, Russell (Rebecca) Lewis of Jonesboro, Dawn Marie (Dewayne) Albright of Jackson, Roy Travis (Teresa) Lewis of Cedartown; siblings, June (Melvin) Lightsey of Conyers, Charlsie McCulley of Gainesville, Joann (Jerry) Pritchard of Jonesboro; 4 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services will be held at 10AM on Friday, July 31, 2015 at Tara Baptist Church. Rev. Ron Little will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 30, 2015 from 11-1 and 5-7 at the funeral home. Interment will be at a later date at Sherwood Memorial Park.
