Mr. Jimmy Dean Epperson, age 83 of Jonesboro passed away July 1, 2022. Mr. Epperson was preceded in death by his parents: James and Jewel Epperson, wife: Jacquline Ann Epperson, daughter: Donna Smith and son-in-law: Marvin Callahan. He is survived by his children: Timothy (Amanda) Epperson of Conyers, Tammy Callahan of Jonesboro, Lynn (Freddy) Mauldin of Jonesboro, Sammy Epperson of Meansville, Denise (Butch) Johnson of Milner, Deborah (Johnny)  Bouchard of Monroe, Teresa (Bill) Mascari of Tucker, David Newman of Jersey, GA, and Sharon Beasley of Jonesboro. many grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Deacon Sammy Epperson, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at the funeral home.
