Mrs. Jo Alice Gilbert, age 83, of Jonesboro, passed away on September 8, 2015. She owned Gilbert's Auto Garage and she was a member of First Baptist Church of Jonesboro. She was preceded in death by her husband Elbert E. Gilbert. She is survived by her children, David E. (Tonya) Gilbert of Jackson, Timothy W. (Janis) Gilbert of Paradise, TX, Nancy Y. (Mike) Massey of Tyrone, Daniel M. (Veronica) Gilbert of Myrtle Beach, SC; sister, Mary Ingram of Morrow; 7 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, September 12, 2015 in the Chapel of First Baptist Church of Jonesboro. Interment will be at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
