Mrs. Joann Watkins, age 77, of Fayetteville, passed away, January 7, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband; Thomas Frank Watkins. She is survived by her children; Sherry (Rusty) Rutherford of Powder Springs, Debbie (Mike) McClanahan of Fayetteville, Rhonda (Mike) Allen of Sharpsburg, Tommy (Jeannie) Watkins of Shreveport, LA, Ricky Dumas of Newnan, sisters; Margie Smith of Palmetto, Betty Douglas of Fayetteville, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held, Thursday, January 10, 2013, at 11 AM in the chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Jeff Hines will officiate. Interment will be at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
