Mr. John Lee Goodhue, age 72, of Stockbridge, passed away on September 2, 2019.  He was a member of the American Legion Post 258 and served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam .  He was preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl Goodhue and sister, Sandra Joy Servalish.  He is survived by his children, Dawn Marie (Brad) Fox of Williamson, Carrie Ann (Willie) Wallace of McDonough; Chubb's daughter, Karen Welling; brothers, Doug (Cindy) Goodhue of MI, Robin Goodhue of MI; grandchildren, Christa (Phillip) Summers, Chelsea (Justin) Higgins, Kayla (Randy) Evans, Jonathon (Paige) Fox, Autumn Fox and Jake Wallace; great grandchildren, Taytum Evans, Riley Summers, Reid Summers, Rush Summers and Ely Evans.  A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 2 PM, at the American Legion Post 258, 1480 American Legion Way , Jonesboro , GA 30236 .  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Sunday.  Ford-Stewart Funeral Home, Inc., Jonesboro/Stockbridge 770-210-2700. www.fordstewartfuneralhome.com
