Mr. John Hiram Hammack age 73 of Conyers passed away July 28, 2016. Mr. Hammack served in the U.S. Navy. He is preceded in death by wife: Wilma Jean Hammack; parents; Luther & Louise Hammack; and brother: James Hammack. He is survived by children: Lynn Johnson (Donald) of Thomaston, Johnnie Denise Hay ( Mark) of Meansville, Shirlene Ann Hammack, Cathy Freeman (Paul) of McDonough, Pam Ray of Griffin, Randy Moody of Stockbridge, and Ricky Moody (Norma) of Rex; sister-in-law: Linda Hammack; 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 2 PM, Friday, July 29, 2016 in the Chapel of Ford Stewart Funeral Home with Paul Freeman officiating. Burial to follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Stockbridge.
