Mr. John Marcus "Mark" Pope, age 38, of McDonough, passed away, August 25, 2013. He was preceded in death by his mother, Victoria Ann Pope. He is survived by his wife, Millissa Lynn Pope; son Connor Lee Pope; father, John R. Pope of McDonough; sister, Stasha Campbell of McDonough; brother and sister-in-law, Ed and Dee Pope of Concord; 2 nieces and 2 nephews. Memorial services will be held at 3PM, Saturday, August 31, 2013, in the chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers make contributions to his father to help with expenses.
