Mr. John Paul New, age 72, of Jonesboro, passed away on August 13, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn. He is survived by his children, John Thomas (Cindy) New, Tracy New Bowman, Didi JoAnn Parker; siblings, Gene New, Betty Sanders, Hunkie Jordan; grandchildren, John Thomas New, Jr., Christina Ann New, Taylor Deandrea Parker, Ricky Parker, Heather Smith Green; great grandchildren, Joshua Taylor New and Jeremy I. New. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Monday, August 17, 2015 in the chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. Interment will be at Sherwood Memorial Park.
