Johnny Randal Smith age 55 of Forest Park passed away Sunday, December 20, 2015. Mr. Smith is survived by mother: Kathryn Burgess (Dan) of Forest Park; siblings: Angela Smith Snipes (David) of Acworth, Scott William Smith of Forest Park, Brannon Smith (Patsy) of LaGrange, and James Smith (Sue) of Ellijay; nieces and nephews: Chad Snipes, Tangie Smith Price, Jeff Smith, Greg Smith, Brittney Solis (David); great niece: Alana Solis.
