Mrs. Joyce Adair, age 84, of Powder Springs formerly of Stockbridge, passed away on January 8, 2020.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Carl Adair.She is survived by her children, Edward Carl (Cynthia) Adair of Jonesboro, Sylvia "Denise" (Doug) Cash of Powder Springs, Russell Keith Adair of McDonough; siblings, Winston (Jane) Abercrombie of Stockbridge, Jean (Don) Beck of McDonough and Marsha Harris of Lawrenceville, grandchildren, Valerie (Ron) Smith, Nick (Rachel) Adair, Christopher (Katie) Cash, Keith Cash and Meaghan (David) Payne, great-grandchildren McKenzie, Madison, Angie and Caleb. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 12, 2020 at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Woods officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 1 p.m.-2 p.m. Sunday, January 12, 2020 at the funeral home.
