Mrs. Joyce C. Barton, age 87 of Jonesboro passed away March 30, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband: John A. Barton, and was a member of First Baptist Church Jonesboro. Surviving are her daughter: Brenda Broadaway of Jonesboro, nephew: Charles Barton, cousin: Terry Crumpton and other extended family members. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Rev. Irvin Pearre officiating. Entombment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at the funeral home.
