Mrs. Judy Sims Deaton, age 73 of Forest Park passed away May 5, 2018. She is survived by her husband: Frank Deaton, son: Tim Sammons and wife Sissy of Covington, daughter: Deborah Deaton and husband Dwayne Roach of Stockbridge, brother: George Wayne Sims and wife Dianne of McDonough, sister: Tanya Lovell and husband Kenneth of McDonough, cousin Peggy Chase of Stockbridge, grandchildren: Jennifer Roach and Adam Roach, nieces, nephews and extended family. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at Guiding Light Baptist Church with Pastor Eddie Thaxton and Pastor Harold Lowery officiating. Interment will follow at Union United Methodist Church Cemetery in Stockbridge. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at the funeral home.
