Kane Allen Freeman, age 6 months, of Stockbridge passed away April 2, 2021. Kane was preceded in death by his sibling: Grace Freeman and paternal grandmother: Janice Lynn Freeman; he is survived by his loving parents: Todd Allen and Jessica Leigh Freeman; sister: Mackenzie Freeman; maternal grandparents: Audrey (Hubert) Hooper of McDonough; paternal grandparents: Jim (Cindy) Freeman of Riverdale; aunts and uncles: Lisa (Daniel) Dalrymple, Brandy Young, Jessica (Oscar) Jester, Scott Freeman, Danielle (Barry) Gould, Megan Lynn Freeman; first cousins: Nevaeh, Jacob, Aaron; and several other cousins and extended family. A Funeral Service will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 in the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
