Mr. Kenneth Paul Jones age 80 of Jonesboro, passed away October 26, 2016. Mr. Jones served in the US Air Force. He was a lifelong fan of baseball and nascar. He loved his job with Eastern Airlines and Allan Vigil Ford. He was preceded in death by parents: Charlotte & Cyril Jones. He is survived by wife: Grace Angela Jones of Jonesboro; children: Marigrace & Kenneth Sweat of Jonesboro, Virginia Ford of Fayetteville, Kenneth & Melissa Jones of Fayetteville, and Joseph & Becky Jones of Corryton, TN; grandchildren: Leslie Smith, Sarah Boyd, Elizabeth Boyd, Taylor Boyd, David Boyd III, Ashley Saylors, Daniel Jones, Hannah, Carson, and Aidan Jones; step-grandchildren: Dalton Lane, Morgan Pogue and Sara McGlothlin; great grandchildren: Ella Boyd, Micah Darden, Noel, Kaylee and Brycen Saylors, Monika, Eli and Connor Huff, and Charlotte Smith. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM, Tuesday, November 1st, 2016 in the Chapel of Ford Stewart Funeral Home with Minister Jackie Pogue officiating. Inurnment will follow at 2:30 PM, at Georgia National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM before the service at the funeral home.
