Laura Janelle Hendricks, age 65, of Jonesboro, passed away on March 16, 2026. She was born April 27, 1960 in Atlanta. She was preceded in death by her father; Thomas Stott, Sr. She is survived by her husband; Michael Lee Hendricks, daughter; Heather Leighton (Patrick) O'Neill of LA, mother and step father; Ruenelle and Carl Hickman of Hampton, Siblings; Thomas (Tracey) Stott, Jr. of Hampton, Mary Catherine (Greg) Newsome of Fayetteville, grandchild; Brayden Hartley, nephews; Derek Thomas Newsome, Capt. Bryan Gregory Newsome, niece; Gabrielle Melody Stott and extended family. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 27, 2026 at Wildwood Baptist Church, 950 County Line Church Road, Griffin, GA 30223. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
