Laverne Cooper Ficquett, age 92, of Jonesboro, passed away on January 13, 2018. She was born on January 11, 1926 in Elmore County, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her spouse, James Carroll Ficquett. She is survived by her children, Bobby (Lynn) Ficquette of Jonesboro, Wayne (Susan) Ficquett of AL; brother, Billy (Mary Kate) Cooper of TN; sister, Sylvia Carroll of SC; grandchildren, Jeff (Carol) Ficquett, Mike Ficquett, Jennifer (Andy) Engrebretsen, Christopher (Stacie) Ficquette, Megan (Hunter) Hill; great grandchildren, Jeffrey Ficquett, Tyler Engrebretsen, Jon Cooper Engrebretsen, Austin Ficquette, Hudson Ficquette; great great grandchild, Palmer Hill; nieces, Norma Jordan, Sandra Johnson, several cousins and extended family.
