Laverne McCain Mrs. Laverne McCain, age 79, of Stockbridge, passed away, January 13, 2012. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband; Carlton, sister; Merline Golden of Atlanta, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held, Monday, January 16, 2012, at 1:00 PM at Calvary Baptist Church. Rev. Shane Roye will officiate. Interment will be at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends, Sunday, January 15, 2012 from 3-5 PM.
