Mr. Lawrence C. Jones, Jr., age 65, of Stockbridge, passed away on June 20, 2019.  Larry was a lifetime NASCAR fan, loved to ride Harley Davidson motorcycles, and enjoyed seeing the USA in his tractor trailer truck.  He has truly never met a stranger and his family meant the world to him.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence C. Jones, Sr. and Martha Nell Jones and a brother, Barry Keith Jones. He is survived by his wife Pat; children, Michael Casey Jones of Stockbridge and Ross Matthew Jones of Stockbridge; siblings, Randy King Jones of Atlanta, Garry Neal (Linda) Jones of Newnan and Candace Jones (Todd) McDonald of McDonough; niece, Jessica Jones (Clifford) Mays; nephew, Ryan Clay Ross and a great nephew, Michael Mays and a special friend, Michelle Campbell.  A Memorial Service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, June 29, 2019 in the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12:30-2 PM the day of the service at the funeral home.
