Mr. Leonard "Buddy" Jeffreys, age 89 of Meansville, formerly of Jonesboro passed away February 11, 2021. Mr. Jeffreys was preceded in death by his wife: Helen S. Jeffreys and daughter: Jeanette Elizabeth Fox. He was a member of Harvest Baptist Tabernacle and was retired from Ford Motor Co. He is survived by his sons: James Glen (Linda) Jeffreys of Meansville, Howard Daniel (Barbara) Jeffreys of Zebulon and Leonard Mark (Beth) Jeffreys of Hampton, brothers: Jerry Jeffreys of MS and James Jeffreys of TX. Sister: Edith Jezek of AL, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, son-in-law: Harry Fox of Griffin and extended family members. Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at Harvest Baptist Tabernacle with Dr. Joe Arthur and Dr. Tom Allen officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Wednesday at the church prior to the service.
