Mrs. Linda Jane Johnson, age 71 of Jonesboro passed away October 5, 2019. She was preceded in death by her daughter: Stacy Lynn Boxley. Mrs. Johnson is survived by her husband: Gerald "Jerry" Johnson, daughter: Deanna Marie Somerville and husband George of Cumming, son: Adam Johnson and wife Jessica of Athens, brother: Bill Wright and wife Marlene of AZ., sister: Elizabeth Bishop and husband Dane of McDonough, grandchildren: Blake Keeton, Kaylen Keeton, Rachel Keeton, Sophia Johnson, Levi Johnson and Mark Boxley, and extended family. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Hamby and Pastor Chris Vaughn officiating. Interment will follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 6 p.m.- 8 p.m. Monday, October 7, 2019 at the funeral home.
