Mrs. Linda Ann West, age 70 of Rex passed away October 6, 2019. She is survived by her husband: Billy Hammond West, Jr., sons: Edward Matthew Starnes and wife Marcia of Forest Park, Joseph Brian Starnes and wife Tiffany of Stockbridge and Lewis Clinton Starnes and wife Maria of Cleveland, GA., brother: Larry Lee McDonald of Cleveland, GA, sister: Susan McDonald of Jonesboro, grandchildren: Valerie (Christopher) Tucker, Brandon Starnes, Avery Starnes, Jaden Starnes and Ashton Starnes and great-grandson: Paul. A Memorial Service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, 2019 at The Chapel Jonesboro, 1565 Commercial Court, Jonesboro, GA 30238 with Pastor Donnie Skidmore officiating. The family will receive friends 3 p.m.- 4 p.m. Saturday at the church.
