Mr. Lloyd Chester Kramer, age 91, of Jonesboro passed away on September 10, 2022. He was a retired Sgt. with the U.S. Air Force and he attended New Salem Baptist Church.  Mr. Kramer was preceded in death by his wife: Joan, his daughter:  Angela Rebecca Kramer, his parents: George Robert and Martha Aleatha Kramer and his siblings: Robert Kramer, Theodore Kramer and Marcella Poper.  He is survived by his children: Susan (Michael) Autry of Carrollton, George (Kim) Kramer of Newnan, Mark Kramer of Jonesboro, Kathy (Bryan) White of Newnan and Jenny (Michael) Goyette of Hampton, sister, Ella Dora Rogers of Electra, TX, grandchildren: Misty Harmon, Joey Kramer, T. J. Montgomery, Melissa Engelhardt, Angela Romano, Holley Street, Pat Montgomery and Kevin White, 6 great-granddaughters 8 great-grandsons, many nieces, nephews and extended family.  The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Friday, September 16, 2022 at the funeral home.  A Funeral Service will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, September 17, 2022 in the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home.   Pastor Mike Barnes will officiate.  Interment will be held at Sherwood Memorial Park.
