Mrs. Luzia Johanns Justus, age 84, of Jonesboro, passed away on June 27, 2022.  She was a member of St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Justus, Jr.; daughter, Helene Bertha Justus and son-in-law, David Michael Earles.  She is survived by her son, Christian Philipp Justus; brother, Gerhard (Doris) Johanns; grandchildren, Jessica (Alex) Legge, Christopher (Taylor) Earles; great grandchildren, Houston Steele, Atticus Steele, Henry Legge, Violet Earles, Mack Earles, Aaron Legge; nieces and nephews, Dieter Johanns and Ute Ostoyke.  A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church in Jonesboro, GA.  Fr. John Koziol, OFM Conv will officiate.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.  Interment will be held at 11 AM on Friday, July 8, 2022 at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA.
