Margaret Rogers Burt, 96, of Jonesboro, passed away on Tuesday, August 13. Margaret was a dedicated member of Jonesboro First United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Flo Rogers, and her beloved husband, George Burt. Margaret is survived by her son, David Allan Burt of Stockbridge; her grandchildren, Catherine Burt Clay and Jennifer Burt Rycyk; and her great-grandchildren, Austin A. Whitlock, Cara Grace Whitlock, and Reagan C. Rycyk. She is also remembered fondly by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial service will take place at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 21st at Jonesboro First United Methodist Church, 142 S Main St, Jonesboro, Georgia 30236.
