Mrs. Margie Carleen Hendry, age 88 of Hampton passed away March 9, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband; Carlton O'Neal Hendry, and grandchildren; Brandon Lane Hendry, Laura Elizabeth Livery and great-grandchild; Jason Adam Goodwin, Jr. Surviving are her sons; Edwin O'Neal Hendry and wife, P. Dianne Hendry, Roger Carlton Hendry and wife, Meredith Hendry and Steven Forrest Hendry and wife Janet Crow-Hendry, daughter; Karen Carleen Thompson and husband Bruce E. Thompson, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 12, 2015, 11 a.m. at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Scott officiating. Interment will follow at 3 p.m. at Oakwood Cemetery in Lanett, AL. The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 11, 2015, 1-3 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
