Mr. Mark Andrew Cain, age 53 of Dallas, Georgia, went to be with our Heavenly Father on December 1, 2020. Mark was born on July 23, 1967 in Scotland while his father served in the U.S. Navy. Mark graduated from Palmetto High School then enlisted in the U.S. Army. Upon completion of his service he returned to Georgia and served as a peace officer until his retirement. He was preceded in death by his father: Jesse Roy Cain; mother: Bessie Carol Cain; and nephew: Jonathan R. Cain. Mark is survived by his son: Nicholas C. Cain (currently serving in the U.S. Army); sister: Lori L. Ottofy (Steve); brother: Paul Cain (Kathy); niece: Kristin L. Ottofy (Paul G. Prae); great niece: Ada P. Prae; niece: Jennifer N. Cain; nephew: Brandon L. Ottofy (Victoria); and great nephew: Haiden L. Ottofy. No services are planned at this time.
