Mrs. Marty Rachel Ambrose age 80 of Jonesboro passed away August 4, 2023. Mrs. Ambrose loved her Alabama Football, doing puzzles, reading and the beach. She was preceded in death by her parents; John and Lorene Pike; her son, Timothy Ambrose and her sister, Betty Pike. She is survived by her husband; George Ambrose of Jonesboro, son; Jeffrey Ambrose (Nicole) of Buchanan, Ga, daughter in law: Melissa Ambrose of Covington; brother: Felix Pike of Berry, Al; sisters; Johnnie Tubbs, Norma Jean Pike, Barbara Ellen Davis and Sandy Ryan (Johnny) all of which reside in Berry, Alabama, grandchildren: Briel Ambrose, Alexis Ambrose, Elizabeth Morris (Nick), Christyn Meehleib, Trinity Ambrose, Riley Thoma, Austin Kelley (Ansley), Aubrey Kelley; great grandchildren: Daxon Kelley, Emerie Kelley, Anakin Aaron Morris, Benjamin Morris and extended family. A memorial service will be held at 1 PM, Thursday, August 10th, 2023 in the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Rose Marie Morris officiating.
