Mrs. Mary G. Rainwater, age 85 of Jonesboro passed away August 8, 2016. She was a member of First Baptist Church Jonesboro. She was preceded in death by her husband: Ephriam D. Rainwater, and sons: Andy Rainwater and Lonnie D. Rainwater. Surviving are her daughter: Kathy Rainwater and spouse Jennifer Roe of Jonesboro, brother: Bill Gilmer & wife: Becky of Fayetteville, sister: Margaret Hyatt and husband: Jim of Snellville, grandchildren: Natalie Godwin, Katie Wheeler and husband James, Amy Godwin, Corbin Ewell, Emma Ewell, Aiden Ray,Aubrey Stafford, Hunter Wheeler and Hope Wheeler. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 10, 2016, 1 p.m. at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Chaplain Jim Weathers and Rev. Irvin Pearre officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Flowers will be accepted, or those desiring may make contributions to First Baptist Church Jonesboro, P.O.
