Matthew E. Phillips, CFD, GMF, age 50 of Martin, GA passed away June 13, 2021. Matthew was the owner of Jonesboro Floral Design and Eagles Landing Florist, and was an active member of the Georgia State Florist Association for 27 years and served as President. He is survived by his daughter: Gillian (Jules Ledor C. Saint-Louis) Phillips of West Haven, CT., parents: Henry and Deborah Phillips of Jonesboro, brother: Marty (Jonnie) Phillips of Sharpsburg, sister: Vickie (Mike)  Volan of Dunwoody, former spouse: Ginger Bryson-Harbin of Jonesboro, aunt: Sheryl Goss of Sharpsburg, niece: Sarah Volan, nephews: Sam Volan, Mason Phillips and Luke Phillips and extended family members and friends.
