Mrs. Mildred Cash, age 99, of McDonough, passed away on December 22, 2019.  She was preceded in death by her children, James "Shag" Burge, Carol Jane Ashley and Jon Burge.  She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Elizabeth Burge of McDonough, grandchildren, Jimmy Burge, Drew Burge, Taylor (Michael) Burge, Audrey (Jeff Minix) Burge, Christopher (Shannon) Burge, Jeff (Kim Laffoon) Burge, Jessica Burge (David) Underwood and Stacy Burge; several great grandchildren and sister-in-law, Diane Burge.  A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, December 27, 2019 in the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home.  Dr. Trenton Swanson and Pastor Lance Wade will officiate.  The family will receive friends the day of the service from 10-11 AM prior to the service.  Interment will be at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens in Forest Park, GA.  In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in her name to:  Union Grove Baptist Chruch, 1360 East Lake Rd., McDonough, GA 30252, phone: 770-957-8207.
