Nancy Carroll Kerlin, age 82, of Stockbridge, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 7, 2025.

Born on July 4, 1942, in Jonesboro, Georgia, Nancy was the beloved daughter of the late Virgil Stewart and Bessie Mae Adamson. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Jeanette Adamson White.

Nancy had a long and fulfilling career as an independent real estate broker before retiring. She was known for her dedication, warmth, and the care she showed to both clients and colleagues.

She is survived by her husband, Rush Kerlin of Stockbridge; her children, Andrew Kerlin of North Carolina, Anita Judy of South Carolina, and Diane Timblin of South Carolina; her brother, Virgil Thomas Adamson (Helen) of Stockbridge; her niece, Gina Adamson Butler; her nephew, Ron Adamson; along with numerous grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends who will miss her greatly.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Ford-Stewart Funeral Home, 2047 Hwy 138 SE, Jonesboro, Georgia 30236.
