Nelle Gladys Ponder, age 88, of McDonough, passed away on October 11, 2025. She was born on March 1, 1937 to the late John and Gladys Ponder. She retired from the CDC at Emory. She is survived by her sister; Linda (Terry) Ellington of McDonough, brother; Troy Ponder of AL, nieces; Myra McCary, Anissa (Wes) Roders, nephews Keith (Pam) Ellington, Kyle (Christina) Ellington, great nieces and great nephews.
