Mr. Norman S. McClellan, age 82, of Jonesboro, passed away, September 29, 2014. He served sixty years as a Choir Director in many churches throughout the south and was a Textile Company Manager Executive. He graduated from LaGrange High School and Auburn University. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn. He is survived by his children, Steve(Rhonda) McClellan, Sam McClellan, Scott (Theresa) McClellan; sisters, Faye Buck, Sandra (Grover) Carter; grandchildren, Matthew (Amanda) McClellan, Michael McClellan, Dean McClellan, Boyd (Brittany) McClellan, Samantha McClellan, Sandra McClellan, Cody (Kayla) Haffly, Hunter Haffly; great grandchildren, Ansley McClellan, Emma Kate McClellan and Eli Haffly. Funeral services will be held at 4 PM on Friday, October 3, 2014 in the chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 3, 2014 from 2-4 PM at the funeral home.
