Mrs. Patsy Jean Evans, age 82, of Stockbridge passed away on December 19, 2019. She was the former Executive Director of the McDonough Housing Authority. She is survived by her children, Kathy Hanie of Stockbridge, Mike (Mary) Evans of Florida; grandchildren, Joey (Kristin) Hanie, Matthew Evans, Mark Evans and Crystal Biles, and great grandchildren, Mathew "Peanut" Biles, Billy Evan Hanie, Kaelynn Hanie, Daniel Evans and Richard Evans; niece, Sharon Gravitt (Eddie) Moore and extended family. A funeral service will be held at 3 PM on Sunday, December 22, 2019 in the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
