Mr. Paul Webster Bennett age 89 of Jonesboro passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016. Mr. Bennett was a U.S. Army Veteran and was retied from Georgia Power. He is preceded in death by his wife: Mary Bennett, and son: Paul Webster Bennett, Jr. He is survived by daughter: Jean Moore (James) of Jonesboro; daughter-in-law: Cindy Bennett of McDonough; grandchildren: Lisa Addison and boyfriend Tom Fusia of Lovejoy, Beth Steele of Jonesboro, Sherry Smith (Walt) of Forest Park, Joe Moore (Stephanie) of TX, and Jessica Bennett of Columbus; 16 great grandchildren; 11 great great grandchildren, and several extended family members. A graveside service will be held at 2 PM, Friday February 19, 2016 at Sherwood Memorial Park with Rev. Hinton Harris officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Thursday, February 18, 2016 and from 12-1:30 Friday at the funeral home before the service.
