Peggy Joyce Clifton, age 86, of Dublin, GA, formerly of Morrow, passed away on December 20, 2025. She was born on October 8, 1939 in Locust Grove to the late Brainard C. and Cora Irene Singley. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years; Johnny Frank Clifton and siblings; James Singley, David SIngley, Eugene Singley, William Singley, Thomas Singley and Janey Bennett. She is survived by her children; Page (Derek) Fowler of Danville, Todd (Dawn) Clifton of Union Point, brother; Larry (Nora) Singley, grandchildren; Chase (Megan) Fowler, Heath (Carolyn) Fowler, Josh (Rachel) Clifton, Amber Clifton, great grandchildren; Levi Clifton, McKinley Clifton, Danielle "Dani" Fowler and Katherine Page "Katie" Fowler. A Graveside Service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, December 27, 2025 at Locust Grove Cemetery. The family will have a private visitation.
