Mr. Perry Douglas Walker, Jr., age 74, of Jonesboro left this garden on earth for God's Heavenly Garden on March 27, 2017. He owned Walker Nursery in Jonesboro. He is survived by his wife, Tyra; children, Carie (Glenn) Evans, Pepe (Brandi) Walker, Kim (Mike) Lovoy, Cindy (David) Haake; stepchildren, Tecia (Russ) Janes, Keri (Scott) Davis, Kasey (Chris) Hanson; sister, Joyce Cross and 15 grandchildren and extended family. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Friday, March 31, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Jonesboro Worship Center. Dr. Charles Q. Carter and Pastor Craig Kingston will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 30, 2017 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
