Ms. Phyllis Jean Walker, age 73 of Jonesboro passed away March 8, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents: Jefferson C. Peppers, Jr. and Evelyn Kimbrough Peppers. She is survived by her brother: Jefferson C. Peppers, III and wife: Kathryn Taylor-Peppers of Blue Island, IL. Services will be held at a later date.
