Mr. R. Jack Scarbrough, age 86, of Stockbridge passed away on March 20, 2020.  He retired from the City of Jonesboro and was a Member of Jonesboro First United Methodist Church.  He is survived by his wife, Janet; children, Jeff (Lynn) Scarbrough of Athens, David Scarbrough of McDonough; grandchildren, Tabitha (David) Anderson, Amanda (Brian) Crockett, Tiffany (Joe) Blackwood, Kendal Scarbrough and 11 great grandchildren.  A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.   In lieu of flowers please make contributions in his name to:  Jonesboro First United Methodist Church, 142 S.
