Ms. Rachel Walker Nelms, age 46 of Jonesboro passed away December 5, 2022. She is survived by her children: Jonah K. Nelms of Jonesboro and Jalen Olivia Nelms of Jackson; mother: Linda D. Walker of Leesburg; grandmother: Myrtle Ruth DeLong of Jonesboro; brother: Adam Stephen (Jackie) Walker of Leesburg; significant other: Jason Story of Jonesboro; nephews: Jace Walker and Cassen Walker; and many extended family members. Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, December 22, 2022 at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Jonesboro City Cemetery.
