RICHARD LOUIS PEACOCK, JR.

Richard Louis Peacock, Jr. of Saint Augustine, FL was born Friday October
14, 1955 in Atlanta, GA to parents Richard Louis Peacock Sr. and Marjorie
Toler Peacock. Surrounded by family he peacefully passed on Saturday,
November 08, 2025.

Richard is preceded in death by his son, Austin Paul Peacock of Yulee, FL. His parents, Richard Louis Peacock & Marjorie Toler
Peacock of Forest Park, GA, his brother, Johnny E. Peacock of Macon,
GA, and his father-in-law, Paul L. Pruitt of Jonesboro, GA.

Richard graduated from Roosevelt High School in Atlanta, GA and was on the Track team and in R.O.T.C. He began his career with Colonial
Bread Company in Atlanta, GA in 1976 and retired from same bread company (after many name changes) in 2023. He started out as a bread route man and retired as an Area Supervisor for 90 routes. During his
career he received many awards for his excellence in his abilities for both
positions. His greatest work career accomplishments were knowing that
he had made several loyal friends with managers and most of all with the
routemen under his supervision, who some still made contact with him
this year.

Richard's fun time was playing baseball, softball, tennis, and basketball
with his sons, brothers and several lifelong friends. He was famous for
knowing all stats about these games as well.

He married Lisa Pruitt of Conyers, GA on January 22, 1977 and together
they had two sons, Adam and Austin. He spent a lot of his time with both
teaching them sports, mainly baseball, in which both boys excelled.

Richard was a Little League Baseball coach in Clayton County, GA for
several years.

He was a hard-working employee and lived his life to the fullest with
friends and family. He loved all his family, especially his grandchildren
immensely. In Richard's earlier life he attended Apostolic Tabernacle of
Atlanta, GA with Pastor Benjamin Cole. Most recently he was a member
of Reverb Church in Saint Augustine, FL.

Richard is survived by his wife, Lisa Pruitt Peacock of Saint Augustine, FL
and son Adam with wife Tammy, and their children, Adalyn, Tynlee,
Jaxtyn, and Jaycie of Griffin, GA. His two brothers, A. Eugene Peacock
and Linda of Covington, GA, and Joel A. Peacock and Ginger of Mariet-
ta, GA. His mother-in-law, Gloria Pruitt of Jonesboro, GA. His two sister-in-
law's, Piper Jordan of Jonesboro, GA, and Paige Hurst of Franklin, TN.
Along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Funeral Services will be held at 3 PM Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at Oak Park Church with Pastor David T. Scott officiating. The family will receive friends following the Funeral Service. Interment will be at 1 PM Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens in Forest Park, GA
