Mr. Robert Hugh Hitchcock, Jr., age 89 of Union City formerly of Forest Park passed away December 5, 2021. He is survived by his children: Pamela Frances (Lee) Thaxton of Locust Grove, Patricia Ann (William) Jeffers of Pinewood, S.C. and Robert Hugh Hitchcock, III of Locust Grove, grandchildren: Rex Lee Hitchcock, Brian (Lauryn) Hitchcock, Brent (Angela) Hitchcock, Elizabeth Frances (Charlie) Weber, Howard Allen (Erin) Brown, Michael (Devon) Jeffers, Casey (John) Porter and Tim (Tabatha) Jeffers and numerous great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 9, 2021 at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Pastor William Jeffers officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at the funeral home.
