Mr. Ronald Jeffers, age 66 of Hampton passed away July 15, 2023. Mr. Jeffers was retired from Zayre Distribution and Owens-Illinois. He was a faithful member of Pinecrest Baptist Church for 17 years, where he was active in the Music Ministry and Choir. He was a volunteer with the Hampton Senior Center and attended the sign language classes and also volunteered with Medical Missions Outreach. Mr. Jeffers was preceded in death by his former wife: Ramona Jeffers, his parents: Charles Warren Jeffers and Emma Ada (Herron) Jeffers, and his brothers: David Rogers and Donald Jeffers. He is survived by his wife: Missy Jeffers, daughters: Rachel Jeffers of Hampton and Brittany Thornton Jeffers of Antioch, TN, brothers: Greg (Dianna) Jeffers of Hampton, Daryl (Jan) Jeffers of Sebring, Fl., and William (Pat) Jeffers of Pinewood, S.C., sisters: Josie Wallace of Paintsville, KY., Shelly Hadden of Gray, GA and Cheryl Jeffers, and many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Pinecrest Baptist Church with Pastor John Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens in Peachtree City. The family will receive friends 9:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. Saturday, prior to the service, at the church.
